I woke up this morning exhausted after only 2 hours of sleep. I also woke up sick and tired of being exhausted! I know my body well enough to tell when its had enough crap! Insomnia, irritability and inflammation flare ups are my first signs.
Time to cut the sweets! I’m starting a No Sugar Til Christmas challenge today. Call me crazy during December to do this, but if I don’t I will most likely eat myself one tiny bite at a time into a sugar induced coma. I’m saying see ya later to all artificial and NATURAL sweeteners. Because I don’t care how pure the stevia plant is, I still get a bumpy rash all over my face! Ugh. I want to wake up Christmas morning feeling recharged and ready to take on the perfectly crazy festivities of the day! Who’s crazy enough to join me? We can do this. Its only 17 days. I’m going to focus on my family and the season of giving and getting myself mind, body, and spirit back on track! Join me?
