B A N A N A S
We recently started serving these as an after sports snack and they totally hit the spot and all the food groups!! Not to mention with a little added whipped cream they double as a tasty dessert!
Bananas are high in the good kinds of carbs your littles need after a sports game or conditioning. These fast acting carbs will help restore their body’s levels of glycogen, which helps rebuild damaged muscles. Plus they provide lots of wonderful potassium.
Topped with protein rich creamy yogurt and delicious antioxidant packed raspberries, its a combo you can feel good about refueling your little athletes.
Whether you enjoy them for breakfast or a post workout snack… I hope you love them as much as we do!
I saved this original pic because it’s just too good. I can’t believe its been FOUR YEARS since I started this account. Time sure does fly by when you’re having fun and feeding friends!!
