My husband is the hardest person to shop for when it comes to Fathers Day gifts. And not because he is the man who has everything… but because he’s a man who needs and wants very little. He’s content with the simple things in life and I love him BIG for it.
He is the parent who will sit and talk you through a hard time over ice cream, spend hours teaching you a new skill, sew ballet pointe shoes while watching SEAL Team, drive dance carpool with AirPods listening to a true crime podcast and show up early + sit front row to every single sporting event or performance. We are the luckiest to have him and we all know it.
Spoiling him is fun but it is NOT easy. However, I like a challenge and gift giving just happens be one of my many talents. Yesterday I asked him to jot down his favorite Fathers Days gifts we’ve given him over the years to share with you. Some I had even forgotten about myself. He’s also the one with the memory. So many of these we have gifted to my son, father-in-law and brothers as well. All around goods gifts for the men in your life. I hope they are helpful!!
1. Traeger Grill
You all knew the Traeger would make top of his gift list. I gave him our very first Traeger grill over four years ago and he has been hooked on smoking all the things ever since. We all have. I cook more on our Traeger than I do my own oven during the summer months. We’ve made everything from BBQ brisket to chocolate cake out there!! This year I’m gifting him the portable RANGER to take with us on our camping adventures… shhh. He’s gonna flip out!!
2. Yeti soft cooler
This was actually on his wish list last year and I splurged last minute when I couldn’t find a dupe. You just can’t knock off a yeti… trust me I tried. Def worth the higher price tag!! We filled it to the brim with his favorite sugary sports drinks and gas station snacks and he was in pure heaven.
3. Dewalt Bluetooth Radio
I grabbed this at the checkout stand at Home Depot on a whim and turns out its actually pretty cool. Not only does it have job site cred and decent sound but you can charge your DEWALT batteries while jamming to your favorite tunes!! I had no idea it did that when I bought it, but its pure genius. Add a Home Depot gift card to go with it.
4. Kuhl Bravado T shirt
4.
Literally the ONLY t-shirt my husband will wear. It comes in 9 different colors (he has 6 of them) and fits sizes XS-XXXL. I love the quality and durability of KUHL tees. My husband is not easy on his clothes and they wash up like new every time!! Add a bottle of his favorite cologne to go with it.
5. Altra Trail Running Shoes
I used to think I had an unhealthy shoe addiction until I married my husband. The man has a shoe in every color and every style. I got major wife points for these. They are meant to be used as a trail runner but he wears them to work. They are super comfy and fit his wide foot perfectly. Add a few pairs of stance socks to go with them.
6. Saxx underwear
My husbands exact words “Life changing underwear”… think a bra for your man. I’m gonna just leave it at that. Buy them.
7. Yeti 30 oz tumbler
If you want to up your hubby’s water intake… gift him a YETI tumbler for Fathers Day. Add a few metal straws to go with it and his favorite flavor of True Lemon or a specialty drink shop gift card.
8. Solo Stove
We all love our solo stove so much. It is a portable smokeless fire pit and they come in all different sizes. We have the bonfire model for home and also the campfire and lite stoves for backpacking and camping. I also added a few in our emergency preparedness kits. Add a bag of marshmallows and some Hershey’s chocolate with graham crackers and roasting sticks.
9. Norelco One Blade
The One Blade face and body razor is easy to pack for travel and has become my husbands go-to daily trimmer. It’s light weight and small enough to store in tight places. Plus it works amazing! I grabbed one for my son too! Add a cool toiletry bag with DIY beard serum (tree oils and citrus are a great combo) to go with it.
10. Andar Wood AirPod case
Another small but cool gift is the Andar Madera AirPods case. My husband is obsessed with these. They fit perfectly and store securely. They also make cool wallets and cord burritos too. The entire website is a great place to shop for the men in your life. This would be cute to gift with the new AirPods.
11. Qalo Ring
My husband has been a Qalo fan for years. He works with his hands a lot and Qalo not only keeps him safe but also comfortable. They have so many colors and styles there is a ring for everyone.
