Fortunately this post-workout Gingerbread Smoothie fills my craving and is packed full of healthy nutrients and added iron from the chia and molasses to help keep me feeling my best throughout the day! Holiday Gingerbread Smoothie
Servings 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 c almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use VEGA
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- Dash of ground cloves
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp unsulphered molasses I use 2 but I LOVE the flavor of molasses
- Handful of ice
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Yum!
