Garlic, garlic and more garlic! So simple but SO good! Just buy your favorite frozen french fries, I use Alexia brand roasted crinkle cut from Sprouts Market. They are roasted, not flash fried which is a bonus for us whole 30-ers. Or you could also make your own. Oven roast and toss in olive oil and fresh garlic! Oven Roasted Garlic Fries
Ingredients
- 1 bag Alexia roasted crinkle cut fries
- 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook fries according to package instructions.

Mix olive oil and garlic together in a large bowl.

Once fries are done, remove from oven and add to bowl with oil and garlic. Toss until evenly coated.

Place back on cookie sheet, return to oven and cook for an additional 5-10 min until desired crispiness.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
