Tuna Stuffed Peppers
For a Whole30 Compliant version, leave out the greek yogurt and sub with pale mayo.
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna drained
- Paleo mayo Whole30 recipe
- Greek yogurt *omit if following Whole 30
- Some pepperocini juice
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Yellow peppers
- Green onion
- Grape tomatoes
- Pepperoncini Greek Gourmet Brand
- Celery
- Carrots
- Cilantro
Instructions

Chop all veggies and mix with mayo, yogurt and spices. Dish into pitted green peppers sliced in half. Enjoy!
