Zucchini Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis cut into chunks (about 2-3 cups)
- 1/2 cup raw almond butter or tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled
- 2 T olive or avocado oil only if needed depending on how oily your almond butter is
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
